Urban Interest and Built to Build have sold the Doemere shopping center in Almere to Larmag for an amount of more than € 46 million.
Doemere is a retail park of 46.145 m², spread over 5 complexes. The retail park houses an extensive range of DIY stores such as Gamma, Kwantum & Praxis and furniture stores such as Leen Bakker, Beter Bed, Goossens, Montel and other consumer-oriented companies such as BCC and Mc Donalds.
The Larmag Group was founded in Amsterdam in 1985 by the Swede Lars-Erik Magnusson, who is still CEO. It is an international investor specialized in real estate. The Land Registry shows that in December 2019 Larmag paid a purchase price of € 46,125,000.
