- Founder and CEO of Larmag Group. Built initial track record in the late 80’s in partnership with Swedish insurance company to invest in commercial real estate
- Larmag’s landmark Dutch transactions include the acquisition of an €80m commercial portfolio from George Wimpey PLC, sold after 12 months for a €15m profit, the acquisition, build up and sale of Amsterdam listed real estate group Pronam (73% share price increase during 15 months ownership) as well as the acquisition and redevelopment of the Amsterdam Post Office
- In the late 80’s and 90’s Larmag expanded into major cities of Europe, including Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris and London as well as the US
- Selected international transactions include the acquisition of prime real estate in Chicago and New York for a total consideration of $630m and the build up of a commercial portfolio in Germany (132 buildings / total value of €980m as of June 2007)
- Over the years Larmag has owned property portfolios with an accumulated value in excess of €5bn
