- Nearly 20 years of experience in managing commercial real estate. He worked at several property and asset management organizations. During this period Ruud held various positions and as a result he gained a broad knowledge of technical and commercial management as well as project management.
- In the last ten years Ruud managed a part of the Chalet Group real estate portfolio, mainly consisting of offices spread throughout the Netherlands. The last few years mainly focusing on the disposition of the portfolio.
- Ruud graduated as a MSc in Real Estate from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate in 2018.
